Stunningly beautiful and nice hotel with a snack bar, everything was wonderful. Fairly good room with an umbrella, a great view, a hammock. The staff was amicable and the setting was gorgeous and marvellous. Wonderful overall experience.

the check-in was chaotic with long lines but the room was spacious and offered a nice view of the greenery outside. the pool area was refreshing, and the kids loved the animal interactions. staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi in public areas, a charming outdoor swimming pool, and a great restaurant. On my first visit, the staff were helpful to my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

The location next to Panaca Park was amazing. We loved the spacious room, but the loud music and chaotic atmosphere made it hard to unwind. Make sure to grab breakfast before 10 a.m.!

The location offers fine views, with a balcony that lets you soak in the scenery-too bad it lacks hammocks. The spacious double room provides comfort, and the garden landscape is well-kept, giving a nice touch to the environment.

The absence of coffee pots in the rooms is a real oversight, especially in a famed coffee region. The long walk to the lobby at 6 a.m. for a meager cup of coffee is less than ideal. Basic amenities, like a fridge, aren't standard in the rooms, which should be expected at this price level. I've noticed gaps in dining service. There's a two-hour window after breakfast with no food options. The buffet food is mediocre at best, and for families, the chaotic noise can be overwhelming, with loud music and kids running around-definitely not the tranquil resort experience one might hope for. If you're expecting a smooth check-in with a comfortable waiting area, that's not the experience you'll have either.

We spent our days horseback riding through the fine Colombian mountains and enjoyed the spa services. The kids loved the activities, especially milking and egg collecting every morning-it was such a fun experience for all of us!
